If you would like to try cağ kebabı after a day at Istanbul Expo Center, you can reach Serden in Bahçelievler using the M1A metro. Allow time to walk from your exhibition hall to the station and from the metro to our door, as well as for the train journey itself.
Which train should I take?
At DTM-İstanbul Fuar Merkezi station, take the M1A towards Yenikapı. The next stop is Yenibosna, followed by Ataköy-Şirinevler. Get off there, two stops from the exhibition centre. To return, take the train towards Atatürk Havalimanı and get off at DTM-İstanbul Fuar Merkezi.
This route is for Istanbul Expo Center, not the separate TÜYAP exhibition venue. Also, Atatürk Havalimanı in the line name is not Istanbul Airport. If you are catching a flight after the fair, plan that airport journey separately.
The walk to Serden
Our address is Şirinevler Mah. Dereboyu Cad. Bayburt Sk. No: 10, Bahçelievler. Allow roughly 11 minutes on foot from Ataköy-Şirinevler station. Your exit and walking pace will affect the time; the directions link below will help you find the street.
If you are travelling by Metrobus instead, use the Şirinevler stop. From a hotel in Ataköy, check the route from the hotel’s actual location, since distances vary across the neighbourhood.
Planning a meal between appointments
We open daily from 12:00 to 23:00. If you have a short break, call before leaving the fair to ask about tables and the current wait for food. This will help you allow enough time for the journey, your meal and the return trip.
For a team meal, let us know your group size and expected arrival time. Mention it if you need to be back at the fair by a particular hour.
What can we order?
A portion of cağ kebabı is two lamb skewers, with extra skewers available individually. Sliced onion, spicy ezme and pickled peppers are included. Shepherd’s salad and buffalo-milk yoghurt are separate orders. Dessert is walnut-filled kadayıf dolması.
We do not serve alcohol. If anyone in your group has dietary requirements, ask about ingredients before ordering. Our first-time guide explains the food in more detail, so you can share it with colleagues before coming.
Payment and parking
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, including contactless payments. Turkish employee meal cards are not accepted. There are parking spaces we can use around the front and rear of the restaurant, subject to availability.
