Siteyi gezerken
Çerez kullanmıyoruz; reklam ya da üçüncü taraf izleyici yok. Hangi sayfaların açıldığını ve yol tarifi, arama gibi düğmelere ne kadar basıldığını sayıyoruz. Bunun için yalnızca olay adı, sayfa yolu, sayfa dili, sitemize hangi siteden gelindiği ve ekran genişliği kaydedilir. Bu kayıt adınızı, IP adresinizi ya da cihazınızı tanıtacak bir bilgi içermez.
Site Cloudflare üzerinde çalışır. Cloudflare sayfayı size ulaştırmak ve siteyi saldırılara karşı korumak için IP adresinizi kısa süreliğine işler. Menü ve rezervasyon sayfasında seçtiğiniz dil yalnızca kendi tarayıcınızda saklanır. Haritayı açtığınızda harita Google Haritalar'dan yüklenir; o noktadan sonra Google'ın kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir.
Online rezervasyon
Formdaki adınız, telefonunuz ve notunuz rezervasyonunuzu karşılamak, rezervasyon günü size WhatsApp'tan hatırlatma göndermek ve gerektiğinde size ulaşmak için işlenir. Bilgiler altyapı hizmeti aldığımız Cloudflare ve WhatsApp üzerinden dükkan yetkililerine iletilir ve rezervasyon tarihinden itibaren en fazla iki yıl saklanır. Formun robotlarca doldurulmasını önlemek için Cloudflare Turnstile doğrulaması kullanılır. Kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için IP adresiniz yalnızca geri çevrilemeyen bir özet olarak tutulur.
WhatsApp hattı
Rezervasyon hattımıza WhatsApp'tan yazdığınız mesajlar size dönebilmemiz için numaranızla birlikte saklanır. Saklama süresi rezervasyonla aynıdır: en fazla iki yıl.
Google yorumları
Google İşletme Profilimize yazılan yorumları okumak ve yanıtlamak için Google Business Profile API'sini kullanıyoruz. Bu yolla yalnızca kendi işletme profilimizdeki yorumlara erişiriz: yorumu yazanın Google'da görünen adı, verdiği puan, yorum metni ve tarihi. Bu bilgiler yalnızca yoruma yanıt yazmak ve hangi yoruma yanıt verildiğini takip etmek için kullanılır ve işletmenin kendi bilgisayarında tutulur. Yanıt taslağı hazırlanırken yorum metni bir yapay zekâ hizmetiyle işlenir. Her yanıt yayından önce işletme yetkilisi tarafından okunup onaylanır.
Google'dan alınan bilgilerin kullanımı, Limited Use şartları dahil, Google API Services User Data Policy'ye uygundur. Bu bilgiler satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz ve yanıt yazmak dışında hiçbir amaçla kimseyle paylaşılmaz.

Bilgileriniz pazarlama için kullanılmaz. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesindeki haklarınız için, örneğin hakkınızda hangi bilginin tutulduğunu öğrenmek ya da silinmesini istemek için, bizi 0212 441 41 57 numarasından arayabilirsiniz.

Browsing the site
No cookies, no ads, no third-party trackers. We count page views and taps on buttons such as directions or call, recording only the event name, page path, page language, the site you came from and your screen width. Nothing in that record identifies you, your IP address or your device.
The site runs on Cloudflare, which briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. The language you pick on the menu and booking pages is stored only in your own browser. If you open the map, it loads from Google Maps and Google's own privacy terms apply from then on.
Online booking
Your name, number and note are used to receive your booking, send you a WhatsApp reminder on the day and reach you if needed. They reach the restaurant through our service providers Cloudflare and WhatsApp and are kept for at most two years from the booking date. Cloudflare Turnstile keeps bots away from the form, and your IP address is kept only as a one-way hash to limit abuse.
WhatsApp line
Messages you send to our booking line on WhatsApp are kept with your number so we can reply, for the same period as bookings: at most two years.
Google reviews
We use the Google Business Profile API to read and reply to reviews left on our own business profile. This gives us access only to reviews of our own business: the reviewer's public Google name, rating, review text and date. We use this solely to write replies and keep track of which reviews have been answered, and it is stored on the restaurant's own computer. Review text is processed by an AI service to prepare a draft reply, and every reply is read and approved by the restaurant before it is posted.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with anyone for any purpose other than replying to reviews.
Your rights
Your information is never used for marketing. To exercise your rights under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, article 11), for example to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, call us on 0212 441 41 57.
